Join our agile, Berlin-based content agency for a project with a major player in the e-commerce industry. This freelance role involves developing and managing technical and product content across various digital platforms, aimed at diverse, global audiences. The project is set to run until the end of the year, with the potential to extend into 2025.
Key Responsibilities
– Content creation & management: Develop and manage high-quality product and technical content that resonates with different audiences across multiple platforms.
– User experience (UX) writing (preferred but not required for this role): Create clear, concise copy for interfaces to enhance the user experience.
– Collaboration: Work closely with product and project managers and other key stakeholders to align content with design and functionality.
– Quality control: Review and edit content to meet guidelines for style and tone of voice standards and ensure consistency across platforms.
Requirements
- English at native speaker level with a strong background in product/technical content creation, copy-editing, or creating regulatory, financial or policy content (this role is not marketing-oriented).
- Experience with localisation for global markets is a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML is required; familiarity with CSS and content management systems is a plus.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Available for approximately 20 hours per week, with flexible hours and remote work options.
